The TD SYNNEX Cisco team is organising a series of Collaboration Suite briefings at Cisco’s UK HQ at Bedfont Lakes, to give current and new partners a chance to see and hear about the latest opportunities that are being created with its market-leading range of collaboration solutions.

The events will have a ‘lunch and learn’ format and give delegates every opportunity to get hands-on with the Cisco Collaboration Suite hardware and see the rich variety of Webex functionalities demonstrated. Partners that are interested in taking collaboration, audiovisual, call and contact center, and customer experience solutions to market will be encouraged to attend.
Seeing is believing and we believe these sessions will really help partners to elevate their confidence in selling Webex, said Joseph Kizza, business development manager for Cisco Webex, UK at TD SYNNEX.
Timed to last three hours, they will cover Cisco's strategy and vision for workspaces, smart buildings and AI technology, Microsoft Teams Rooms integration with Cisco end points, and more. ‘Webex is an amazingly potent collaboration solution that is also incredibly easy to install and to use – and very easy to manage and support. We want to help partners that are already selling Webex to grow and show partners that are new to Webex just how good it is and just how easy it is to sell. And we want to show how with Webex, they can drive higher levels of satisfaction for their customers and higher levels of profit for their business.’
Partners that have sold Webex in the past have not been taking it to market in recent times are also being encouraged to sign up, he added ‘The Cisco Collaboration Suite today is really impressive. We’d really like partners that maybe have not seen it in action for a while, to come along, get themselves updated and see what it and what we have to offer.’
