The portal simplifies the process of selecting the right devices for a wide range of room types, including Huddle (2-4 users), Small (4-6), Medium (6-10), Large (11-24), and Executive Boardroom (11-24). It also supports Desk, Open Space and Focus Room options (1-2) as well as Training Rooms (10-50) and Auditoriums (20-150).
Using desk and room measurements, Partners can easily walk through display, audio, and video options. Intuitive and free to use, the portal provides a strong framework for constructive discussions around Cisco Webex collaboration solutions. At the end of the process, Workspace Designer generates a Blueprint and bill of materials, helping streamline ordering.
