Big tech industry names such as Alphabet (Google), Apple, Autodesk, Cisco, Citrix, Intel, HP Inc, HPE, Lenovo, and Xerox, are ranked amongst the top 100 most sustainable corporations worldwide.
►Top vendor partners show strong sustainable credentials

►Good progress being made – but more work to do
The rankings, compiled by Corporate Knights, took into account such factors as the company’s carbon productivity score and Scope 1+2 CO2e ratio; the percentage of ‘clean’ revenue and capex as categorised under the Corporate Knights Clean Taxonomy.
The high ratio of tech organisations making it onto the list demonstrates the progress that industry is making towards a sustainable future. But while these companies are leading the way, there is still a long way for the tech industry and the channel to go on sustainability and the achievement of net carbon zero, said Kevin Wragg, director, environment and quality compliance at TD SYNNEX.
‘It’s good to see so many high profile companies on this list, but as an industry we have a lot more work to do on sustainability and net carbon zero. At TD SYNNEX we take this very seriously and we are accelerating our efforts, both to identify and achieve our own goals, and help partners do the same.’
