TD SYNNEX has become the first distributor accredited to offer Cisco Enterprise Agreements (Cisco EA) through the partners in the UK and across Europe and will be working with Cisco partners to extend the availability and reach of Cisco EA to more mid-market customers.

With immediate effect, Cisco partners will be able to apply to offer EA plans to their customers through TD SYNNEX without having to attain a formal Cisco EA accreditation of their own. TD SYNNEX will manage all the administrative tasks to ensure that the customer is fully registered for their agreement.
To become fully authorised as a Cisco EA partner, TD SYNNEX was required to achieve specific technical accreditations across the entire region. It has made this additional investment to support partners in developing Cisco EA business, said Tony Nevill, director – Cisco at TD SYNNEX, UK and Ireland.
‘Cisco EAs offer customers simplicity, flexibility and enables them to maximise the value of their investment in Cisco software. The additional resources we have put in place to achieve this accreditation mean that our Cisco partners can now offer EAs to their mid-market customers, extending both the value that they offer and the reach of the Cisco EA programme.’
The entry point for Cisco EAs is a minimum contract value of $100,000 and it is envisaged that most of the agreements transacted through TD SYNNEX will be for contract values of up to $250,000. Cisco EAs are available over a three- or five-year period for Cisco DNS, Data Center, Collaboration, and Security solutions.
