Cisco Refresh provides guaranteed product quality; all equipment is fully tested and comes with the backed vendor’s full warranty. Cisco’s certified remanufactured products that are provided through Cisco Refresh are also fully licensed and eligible for Cisco services and SMARTnet support.
Globally, Cisco has around 7000 SKUs available under Refresh – and most can be shipped almost immediately, which means no lead-times and no waiting to get the installation done and the business completed. Most of these products are completely untouched and unsullied in any way. But, as they have already been sold once, they cannot be offered as ‘new’ products, but all of them really are ‘as good as new’.
They are typically available at 75% or lower than the usual selling price, which means there is also the potential to offer customers attractive deals. Solutions from all Cisco technologies, with the exception of Meraki, are available via Cisco Refresh.
