TD SYNNEX is now able to hold stock of products available under the Cisco Refresh programme in the UK, giving partners the ability to secure and deliver orders much faster. The change means that, as well as being able to respond to customers faster with Cisco Refresh options, partners can also help their customers become more sustainable.

Previously, product had to be shipped from Cisco’s centrally held inventory in Europe. Now that TD SYNNEX is able to hold Cisco Refresh stock itself, locally, products can be made available for immediate order and shipment. This makes the Refresh option much more attractive to customers. It also dovetails with the increased desire of organisations to be more sustainable in their approach to IT, said Jon Sawdon, business unit director, Cisco and enterprise networking, UK, at TD SYNNEX.

Most Cisco Refresh product is used equipment that has been refurbished by Cisco through its Takeback programme. Some products that have been purchased new and for whatever reason remained unused, are also available through Refresh. In all cases, the equipment is fully restored and tested, and comes with a full Cisco warranty. All products are also eligible for Cisco SmartNet cover.
