After a series of successful pilots, the CSP Masters and Azure Masters courses are now being incorporated into the Microsoft Cloud Practice Builder journey, which enables partners to build their own successful cloud practice. The comprehensive and intensive Masters courses cover leadership, technical and sales aspects of Microsoft solutions and TD SYNNEX wants to give all partners a chance to attend, said Deborah Sweeney, Business Manager – Microsoft Modern Work at TD SYNNEX.

By attending the Masters series, partners will get a real boost, not only to their sales and technical prowess, but also to their confidence. The first three day course of current series has already taken place and received a really positive response from partners who attended. More are scheduled throughout Microsoft’s FY 2024.
The CSP Masters training series covers Microsoft 365, Teams, device management, security, Windows 365, Microsoft 365 Lighthouse, Copilot and other tools. It will enable you to:
- Learn more about how to position the value of Microsoft 365 and address customer questions and objections
- Gain useful insight into Microsoft tools and programmes to enable sales growth and technical practices
The Azure Masters courses cover commercial and digital transformation, sales propositions and also include a technical deep dive on the second day, delivered per partner once the commercial and sales enablement is complete.
The next CSP Masters are scheduled for February in London and April in Edinburgh. The Azure Masters will be running in January in Manchester and London in March.
