The audit helps Partners and customers gain a clearer picture of current Cisco infrastructure and support coverage, creating a fact-based starting point for future planning.

Available to Cisco customers with a current SMARTnet services contract, the audit is delivered by TD SYNNEX in conjunction with the Partner. Qualifying accounts can access the service at no cost.

Partners can also receive support in identifying which customers currently have live service contracts, helping to prioritise conversations and account planning.
