The MSP Evolve programme is designed to help partners at every stage of their Microsoft CSP journey, whether they are completely new to Microsoft solutions or experienced with some workloads and want to evolve their practice into a new area. It is purpose-built to optimise operational efficiencies and accelerate business growth by providing specialist support and resources that can be adapted to the entire technology stack.
Deborah Sweeney, business manager – Microsoft Modern Work, said: ‘MSP Evolve enables partners to move faster, be more agile, and deliver innovations that meet the evolving needs of their customers. Partners can unlock the full potential of their business, focusing on delivering real value and driving sustainable growth.’
Before engaging on MSP Evolve, partners need to attend a Workshop and Partner Maturity Assessment. This is used to identify core strategies, skills and capabilities, perform SWOT and GAP analyses, set out business and marketing and training plans, and define success metrics. This journey can encompass all Microsoft workloads (Modern Work, AI, Azure, and Dynamics).
