TD SYNNEX and co-workers prominent on Women & Diversity shortlists

TD SYNNEX UK and six of its co-workers have been shortlisted in this year’s CRN Women and Diversity Awards, reflecting our strong commitment to equity and culture of inclusion.

The awards celebrate not only individual excellence, but also the collective strides made towards fostering a more inclusive environment. The categories have been expanded this year to recognise individuals that act as champions for equity, representation, and well-being in the workplace. More than 1,000 individuals and companies entered.

TD SYNNEX and co-workers prominent on Women & Diversity shortlists

TD SYNNEX is shortlisted for three of the organisational awards – Health and Wellbeing Recognition; Cultural Inclusion Company of the Year; and Championing Diversity.

The individual co-workers shortlisted are:

  • Julie Rutherford, HPE GreenLake business development manager – Sales Employee of the Year – Vendor/Distributor
  • Stephanie Peacock, sales manager – Manager of the Year – Vendor/Distributor
  • Robyn Dow, specialists marketing lead – Rising Star – Vendor/Distributor
  • Sophia Haywood-Atkinson, services director – Role Model of the Year – Vendor/Distributor
  • Stephanie Peacock, sales manager – Unsung Hero – Vendor/Distributor
  • Hayley Dance, project manager – Outstanding Returner Award
  • Lesley Low, Cisco sales specialist – Mental Health Champion of the Year
  • Sophia Haywood-Atkinson, services director – CRN Woman of the Year 2024

As you can see, the nominees come from different areas of the business, reflecting the strong commitment and culture of diversity that exists at TD SYNNEX. With two individuals shortlisted for two awards, co-workers from TD SYNNEX are in the running for eight individual awards in total.
