Cisco has announced what it describes as ‘the most significant evolution of its industry-leading partner programme in nearly three decades’. Developed in collaboration with partners and customers, the vendor has mapped-out a transition period leading up to the programme's launch in February 2026.

The Cisco 360 Partner Programme is designed to accelerate the partner value by better addressing the rapidly evolving and complex needs of customers — for modernising infrastructure, powering AI workloads anywhere, and keeping organisations secure, resilient, and high-performing.
The programme promises to redefine what it means to be a successful Cisco partner measuring value over transactions. It will focus on how partners serve the needs and ambitions of their customers while harnessing the collective strength of Cisco's partner ecosystem in ways that drives growth. It will also elevate partners' stature with customers and upgrade the partner experience with simplified processes and new ways to plan and track performance.
Cisco plans to invest $80 million into new partner initiatives to boost skills and provide the tools needed to compete in the market. Three quarters will go on supporting qualified partners with benefits including subscriptions for skill development and certification, with $20 million funding quarterly training events for all partners, focusing on AI, security, and networking through self-paced learning, hands-on labs, and continuing education credits.
TD SYNNEX will be working closely with Cisco to ensure that all partners are aware of the new elements being introduced and supported throughout the transition process. Current levels, roles, and lifecycle practice investments will be kept in place until the programme is fully rolled-out ensuring investments are protected.
