The TD SYNNEX’s Advanced Solutions team is urging VMware by Broadcom partners to call on its experienced team as they navigate the changes now being implemented to the vendor’s channel programme, with a promise that no query will be too big or too small, and that it will respond to all requests they receive.

‘We want all partners, be they reselling or building services with VMware, to know that if they need support, on any aspect of business, we are here and we are ready to help. The team are also keen to work with new partners and in alternative ways, he noted. ‘Our team have been leading the way alongside our VMware CSP Community to ensure an effective partner-to-partner ecosystem is fostered and supported as vendor programs force change in routes to market for the majority of existing service providers. If there are partners who have not worked with us before or for some time on VMware solutions, we’ll be extremely pleased to engage with them and discuss their needs – and show them how we can help them to keep customers happy and maximise their potential.’
