TD SYNNEX has been shortlisted for the prestigious CRN Tech Impact awards in the category of Sustainable Distributor/Channel Services Provider of the Year in recognition of the positive efforts it has been making to move towards net zero carbon and raise awareness of sustainability within the channel.
► Recognition of positive efforts being made to move towards NZC
► Flagship award recognises those leading the way on sustainability and ESG
David Watts, managing director, UK and Ireland, TD SYNNEX, said: ‘TD SYNNEX is passionately committed to sustainability and achieving NZC as quickly as possible. It’s a huge challenge for us all and there is much work to be done. If we act positively and decisively, I believe we can make a vital contribution to supressing the rise in global temperature. I hope and believe that we are setting the pace amongst major distributors and leading by example for the entire channel.’

The flagship Sustainable Distributor/Channel Services Provider award recognise companies that are seen as genuine visionaries and leading the way when it comes to sustainability and ESG.
CRN’s own research shows that sustainability is now a top-three consideration for more than half of UK IT decision-makers when selecting IT suppliers. The CRN Tech Impact awards aim to highlight channel companies that are leading the way when it comes to their own environmental and social impact, and that of their technology, solutions and services.
The winners of the Tech Impact Awards 2022 will be announced on a live digital broadcast on Thursday 15 September.
