Cisco Meraki partners will soon be able to meet needs of their customers faster and increase their chances of winning new business by sourcing products directly from TD SYNNEX’s UK stock holding.

From January 2024, TD SYNNEX will be able to hold local inventory of the vendor’s Wi-Fi, routing, and security products, which means that orders will be delivered – in the majority of cases where product is in-stock – on the next business day. Partners will be able to see current availability on InTouch at any time and track their Meraki orders as well. Special promotions, offers and bundles will also be flagged up and made available on InTouch.
Having access to stock held locally in TD SYNNEX’s Magna Park warehouse will make a huge difference for partners, said Lewis Williamson, Meraki business development manager. ‘Previously, orders were delivered from inventory held centrally by Meraki. With products now shipping direct from our own facility in the UK, deliveries will be faster and we will be able to provide better shipment tracking from our UK warehousing facility. This is going to help partners keep customers happy and increase their chances of winning new business.’
TD SYNNEX UK is part of the Meraki Distribution Stocking Expansion Pilot where the UK is the first Western European region to have access to the localised stock.
