After achieving certification for Great Place To Work last year, TD SYNNEX has now been ranked in 12th position in the Super Large category of the Best Workplace Awards 2024 in the UK. TD SYNNEX was the highest new entrant in the chart.

In compiling the chart, Great Place To Work surveyed over 250,000 employees to determine the top companies recognised as the 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces. It ranked businesses on the standards that they set for trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. In the profile details, the organisation noted that 87% of co-workers say TD SYNNEX UK is a great place to work, compared to 54% at a typical UK based company. It also recorded that 98% of co-workers said TD SYNNEX is a physically safe place to work; that 95% of co-workers are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation; and that 95% are treated fairly regardless of their race.
TD SYNNEX is in good company in the Super Large category, with Cisco holding onto the first place and Softcat ranked at number-five. NVIDIA was ranked second in the Large category. For full details see here.
