The working world has changed, embracing a shift to hybrid and home working, meaning we all support a more distributed workforce. When it comes to hybrid work, there are no doubt challenges ahead for partners to deliver hybrid meetings and meet all the delivery and installation needs for IT teams and end-users.

In response, Maverick has been working with their colleagues in TD SYNNEX to make a series of services available that will make it easier for partners to meet customer needs and add significant value. At the same time, they can help cut down on shipments reducing costs and the environmental impact of shipping products.

The services available include:

• Bill and Hold – complete solutions are pre-defined and built, and shipped on request
• 3PL – complete third party-logistics services for all your stock holding and deliveries
• Pre-delivery configuration and testing – solutions can be set-up and tested prior to shipment
• Installation – systems can also be installed on-site – in workplaces or home working locations
• Warranty activation – we ensure customers are covered from point of delivery

All these services are tailored for audio-visual installations and can be provided in any combination, enabling you to meet all your customers’ needs. They are especially useful where there is an extended roll-out of the same solution to be carried out over a time period, or when there is an especially complex or logistically difficult deployment to carry out – such as that of Surface Hub 2 systems, for example.
