If you are a registered customer and have already made use of the Renewals Dashboards, you will already know how useful it can be in ensuring you do not miss opportunities for repeat business and potential upgrades. Now, with these latest enhancements, it’s even better.

All information is presented on a clean and clear layout that is easy to navigate. Information on all renewals due within 120 days is provided, making it a simple matter for resellers to contact customers who are due to re-sign or update their software or services contracts well in advance.
It is also easy to generate and send accurate renewals quotes for customers, and convert these to orders once confirmed, making life even easier for sales teams. Even more excitingly, we are also working on making a data feed available that will allow you to pull information into your own management systems.
Vendors currently supported are Adobe, Cisco, Microsoft, Veeam, and VMware – and we expect to add more to this list in 2021.
