BrightCloud is a UK specialist, focused solely on Cisco contact centre solutions. It has worked on projects of 100s to 1000s of seats in different sectors. It’s already a part of the Cisco partner ecosystem and can work with other partners to enable the delivery of fully-integrated contact centre platforms to any specification.
