Pro-active service for Canon printers now available with OpenMPS

Canon I-Sensys laser printer and Maxify Business Inkjet printer warranties purchased for devices that are managed under TD SYNNEX’s OpenMPS managed print service can now be set-up for pro-active service – and with the free warranty upgrades that Canon is currently offering included in the deal.

Canon is currently offering an extended three-year warranty on selected Pixma, Maxify, and i-SENSYS devices at no charge. Once the product is set up on OpenMPS, the customer simply registers for the extra warranty with Canon online (see link below) and sends a copy of the registration certificate and end user details to print&supplies.uk@tdsynnex.com. We will then ensure that any service alerts are sent directly to our Canon authorised service partner.
