TD SYNNEX achieves Great Place To Work Certification™ for fourth year

TD SYNNEX UK has been Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the fourth year in a row. It means that TD SYNNEX UK continues to be recognised as providing an outstanding experience for its coworkers, with 86% agreeing that it’s a great place to work. Additionally, TD SYNNEX has been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026, also for the third year, achieving a ranking of 31st in the Super Large category.

In its 2026 Great Place to Work Culture Audit submission, TD SYNNEX placed particular emphasis on its extensive learning programme, which gives every coworker and manager the opportunity to develop and grow as individuals and in their professional careers. Coworkers gave the company high rankings for trust (83%) credibility (86%), respect (84%), and fairness (79%). An overwhelming 96% agreed that TD SYNNEX UK provides a safe and inclusive working environment in which coworkers have a sense of belonging.

Nine out of ten respondents agreed that senior management has a clear view of where the organisation is going and how to get there, and 88% agreed that senior executives fully embody the best characteristics of the company. Similarly, 92% agreed that management is honest and ethical in its business practises and 90% agreed that it trusts people to do a good job without looking over their shoulders.

Investment in coworker learning and development was a key element of TD SYNNEX’s 2026 Culture Audit submission, emphasising how the company has put coworker development at the heart of its efforts to drive a high-performance culture. Initiatives here include giving all coworkers access to LinkedIn Learning courses, and personalised coaching for all managers aimed at strengthening their leadership skills and supporting improved team performance and career progression. In addition, TD SYNNEX Learning Labs, podcasts, and online learning give coworkers the chance to upskill and grow their knowledge of AI and other technologies. Coworkers also have access to an AI Knowledge Hub, which provides learning paths matched to individual skills.
