Microsoft’s New Commerce Experience (NCE) has arrived, and the TD SYNNEX team is busy helping partners to navigate customer migrations with the key messages being ‘keep calm and focus on the six licensing SKUs that will see price adjustments on 1 March 2022.

►TD SYNNEX’s Microsoft team is actively helping partners manage customer transitions

Microsoft NCE is here! Keep calm and focus on the six SKUs and upskill

►Priority is the six licenses for which pricing will change on 1 March if you want to lock in for the longest period of time

►Upskill on the NCE changes with our brand-new Partner Sales Training

If your customers have one of these SKUs, to get the best pricing for the longest period of time we highly recommend you look to move to NCE before the end of February to lock in the pricing for a further 12 months. With the 5% Annual NCE promo you could look to make another 5% margin doing this as well. If they don’t have one of the six, then you can wait until June or, if its sooner, the date on which the license is due to be renewed.

Sabrina Gosney, Microsoft business manager at TD SYNNEX, said: ‘There is really no need to panic. Partners need to keep calm and focus on the six SKUs for which the prices will increase by 15 – 20 % on 1 March. Remember that if you already have these 6 products on legacy CSP you are price protected until the 12 months price lock finishes, for example if you are price locked for Microsoft 365 Business Premium is until September under CSP legacy, you will only see the price increase then when you renew into NCE.

The six products are:

  • Microsoft 365 Business Basic
  • Microsoft 365 Business Premium
  • Office 365 E1
  • Office 365 E3
  • Office 365 E5
  • Microsoft 365 E3

Here at TD SYNNEX we appreciate it is important to ensure you have the right training and understanding of these changes to take this to market and get your company ready. With this in mind TD SYNNEX has created a compressive self-directed training program to fully prepare your sales teams to explain these changes and their impact. This is a self-based course that covers Why NCE and then the NCE Implementation. Start now
