Get paid to upgrade with Epson laser trade-in offer

Modern Workplace Published 21st April 2023

Epson is offering a trade-in deal on laser printers between now and the end of September that will give customers as much as £120 in cash back when they buy a new EcoTank or WorkForce Pro printer – both of which will reduce energy and carbon consumption and deliver enhanced TCO. In addition, Epson will recycle the traded-in device, ensuring that their old product does not go to landfill.

► Energy-efficient devices lower TCO and carbon consumption

► Refillable tanks and high capacity cartridges

► Available on EcoTank and WorkForce Pro models until end September

‘This is a great offer and a good opportunity for partners to offer their customers a great deal and at the same time reduce their customers’ running costs and carbon footprint’ said Peter Lunn, senior category manager for print.

‘Both the EcoTank and the WorkForce Pro offer much lower running costs and come with either refillable ink tanks or high-capacity cartridges. That means less time and expense spent replenishing devices. They also consume much less power than conventional laser printers, so customers will also save money on electricity.

‘For that reason alone, it’s probably worth upgrading and they get better quality and performance as part of the bargain and can be certain their old device is being properly recycled.’

The offer can be applied to any laser printer brand. To take advantage, customers will need to register their device and then request a pick-up from Epson – or use a Drop2 Shop service to return it. Once the device is checked, the cashback will be paid.

There are 20 printers to choose from and the amounts on offer range from £30 to £120, representing a saving of between 10% and 15% on the suggested price.
