As employees begin to return to the office, everybody is talking about hybrid work – and that’s an opportunity you can address effectively with Cisco’s new hybrid work blueprint, which the company unveiled recently along with its all-new Webex Suite.
• Adaptability, inclusivity, and security are key elements of strategy
• Specialised experiences for contact centres
As well as a new look and feel, Webex now supports lower-cost hybrid work collaboration and comes with Slido’s audience engagement capabilities fully integrated. Cisco is also adding Socio’s hybrid event management tools to make Webex a comprehensive events platform for any physical, virtual or hybrid event.

According to Cisco’s, Global Workforce Survey, 98 percent of future meetings are expected to include at least one remote participant. Cisco has introduced ‘industry-first innovations’ across its collaboration suite and showcased how it is supporting specialised experiences for contact centres. It will also be holding a series of special online events for both partners and end user customers.
There are five elements of the Cisco Hybrid Work Blueprint
• Adaptability – Webex offers choice and flexibility.
• Inclusivity – only Webex focuses on this with features such as real-time translation.
• Creating a supportive environment that focuses on empathy and well-being. Webex has unique tools for individuals and teams to be more resilient.
• No-compromise security built in, not bolted on, and privacy by default.
• Use of a modern infrastructure and frictionless administration to scale with business needs.
By enabling their customers to interact however they want, Webex can make business engagements as natural and easy as talking with friends. With Webex Contact Center and IMImobile, businesses can connect customer interactions across their enterprise – from mobile app notifications, to responding to a marketing email, to talking with contact centre agents.
