Cisco has promised to introduce ‘industry-first innovations’ across its collaboration suite and showcase how it is supporting specialised experiences for contact centres. It will also be holding a series of special online events for both partners and end user customers
There are five elements of the Cisco Hybrid Work Blueprint

By enabling their customers to interact however they want, Webex can make business engagements as natural and easy as talking with friends.
