As employees begin to return to the office, everybody is talking about hybrid work - and that’s an opportunity you can address effectively with Cisco’s new hybrid work blueprint, which the company is due to unveil on 8 June in a digital event: Hybrid Work. Made Real.

► Partners and customers can attend digital event on 8 June

► Specialised experiences for contact centres

Cisco has promised to introduce ‘industry-first innovations’ across its collaboration suite and showcase how it is supporting specialised experiences for contact centres. It will also be holding a series of special online events for both partners and end user customers

Cisco unveils Hybrid Work Blueprint to help business get back to work

There are five elements of the Cisco Hybrid Work Blueprint

  • Adaptability – Webex offers choice and flexibility.
  • Inclusivity – only Webex focuses on this with features such as real-time translation.
  • Creating a supportive environment that focuses on empathy and well-being. Webex has unique tools for individuals and teams to be more resilient.
  • No-compromise security built in, not bolted on, and privacy by default.
  • Use of a modern infrastructure and frictionless administration to scale with business needs.

By enabling their customers to interact however they want, Webex can make business engagements as natural and easy as talking with friends. With Webex Contact Center and IMImobile, businesses can connect customer interactions across their enterprise – from mobile app notifications, to responding to a marketing email, to talking with contact centre agents.

Both partners and customers are being invited to attend the 8 June event. Cisco has made it easy for partners to send a personal invitation – see the Sharepoint site for email templates, social assets and an FAQ.
