While the new Cisco 360 strategy officially gets going in February 2026, partners are already aware of the targets to achieve a maximum Value Index as they work towards their new starting point ahead of the programme.

The pre-launch 360 qualification period began on 28 July 2025 – Cisco’s fiscal year – and runs through until 24 January 2026 – the end of the first half year.
Under the new programme, Cisco partners can gain a higher status and get access to more rewards potential by taking training courses and exams and achieving accreditations. To help them keep track of their Cisco Capability score, TD SYNNEX has produced a special Partner Value Index (PVI) Calculator. Available on request, this gives you a simple way to track the points you are accumulating and understand how to achieve Index targets.
While Capability is one of four categories in which partners can score points (the other three being Foundational, Performance and Engagement), it is the most complex and one that many partners need help in navigating. For Security, Networking and Cloud & AI, it is also the most significant category with certifications counting for 45% of the final Value Index.
There are separate areas in the calculator tool covering Security, Networking, Cloud & AI, Collaboration, and Services. In addition, it provides a breakdown of all the eligible Cisco Black Belt and Career certifications including Fire Jumper (Security) and Networking certifications, and the CCNA, CCS, CCNP and CCIE accreditations.
The first official Cisco 360 value indexes can already be seen in the PXP (Partner Experience Portal). Scoring began on 28 August 2025 and the highest score achieved – unless superseded before February 2027 – will remain in place until the end of Cisco’s next financial year (July 2027).
