Synology has updated its NAS range with the release of the DS925+ & DX525 expansion unit, providing faster performance and exceptional capacity expansion for its flagship four-bay storage device.
► Powered by AMD Ryzen four-core CPU
► Upgradable to 32GB with expansion unit
Ideal for SMBs and companies with fast-growing storage needs, the new DS925+ replaces the popular DS923+. It comes with a much faster AMD Ryzen V1500B (four-core) CPU, and two built-in 2.5GbE RJ-45 ports for fast networking, with link aggregation supporting failover and load balancing. Standard capacity is 4GB, upgradeable to 32GB.

It also comes with twin M.2 NVMe slots and can be expanded with up to nine additional drives by connecting the new DX525 five-bay expansion unit. Barring a small number of special exemptions, only Synology drives can be used with the DS925. The drive is backed by a three-year, limited warranty, extendable to five years.
