The TD SYNNEX HPE team is planning to go on the road this year after the successful HPE Lakes Tour, which it ran in 2023 to highlight the excellent opportunities that HPE GreenLake offers to partners, was awarded Best Event of the Year – Distributor at the recent CRN Sales and Marketing Awards 2024.

As well as acknowledging the success of the tour – which visited four distinctive lake-side venues across the UK and Ireland – the award highlighted the positive educational impact and inspiration that well-organised events can have for partners.
The Lakes Tour gave partners a good understanding of the HPE GreenLake value proposition and encouraged and enthused them to act on the opportunity. It has led to more interaction, activity and business potential, said Julie Rutherford, HPE GreenLake business development manager at TD SYNNEX.
‘It’s wonderful to see the efforts that our team and HPE’s put into making the Lakes Tour really useful, informative and stimulating being recognised. What’s really important though is that, by creating a carefully thought-out programme, we were able to make a real difference for HPE partners. It was good, productive use of their time that helped them to clarify and deepen their understanding of the HPE GreenLake proposition and how to position it with their customers.’
