Sandie Jackson, early careers manager, TD SYNNEX, said: ‘I’m delighted with the progress all ten apprentices have made. It’s wonderful to see them all doing well and really learning about and buying into TD SYNNEX and its values. It’s also great to see that our policies of being completely inclusive and giving everyone an equal chance, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, age, or sexuality are being followed and executed so effectively. It means we are bringing fresh talent and perspectives to all areas of our business.’

The current group will formally complete their apprenticeship in April/May next year – just over a year after they started. A second cohort will be starting at the company in November 2024, providing a further wave of developing talent for the business. In addition, 5 new apprentices joined the Bracknell office on 1st October and a second place is about to be offered in the Warrington office.

While apprentices can be 16 or over established co-workers are also being given the opportunity to take apprenticeships. One is currently completing a Strategic Leadership course, and another is working towards a Chartered Management Degree with a local university. Two others are on Team Leadership courses.
