While the formal switch to Microsoft’s updated New Commerce Experience (NCE) takes place in January 2022, TD SYNNEX can now provide a technical preview that allows partners to move customers across early.
► Secure customer commitment early – and avoid the last-minute rush

► Simplified and flexible purchasing experience for customers and partner
‘While NCE will not be on GA (general availability) until January, we can effectively bring customers onto it right away under a technical preview’, Deborah Sweeney, Microsoft modern work & security business lead at TD SYNNEX, explained. ‘For partners, the advantages are that it secures the business early, avoids any further delays, and means they can get at least some transitions done ahead of January’, which is obviously going to be a busy time for everyone.’
The unifying changes to NCE are aimed at simplifying things for everyone. They add seat-based options into CSP for Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Windows 365, and Power Platform, delivering a consistent, simplified, and flexible purchasing experience for customers and partners.
It also benefits partners by minimising the risk of customers not committing to long-term subscriptions and enables more accurate revenue forecasting.
