TD SYNNEX and Lenovo are working together to help partners earn more from selling the company’s solutions. Teams from the two companies have devised a programme that will aim to make more partners aware of the many different options offered by the vendor and the opportunities they bring to increase sales, drive profits and deliver great customer satisfaction.

A series of webinars that give partners a close-up of the different Lenovo options available was kicked-off recently, with more events due to be scheduled for the coming months. TD SYNNEX has also introduced a proactive Lenovo Web Chat function to assist partners in making the right choice for customers.

The two companies are also talking to partners to try and establish what more can be done to support them in driving sales. ‘We want to know what’s really important to Lenovo partners, what we can do to improve our services to them and make them aware what we already offer to support them in selling Lenovo solutions’, said James Tuck, Business Development Manager for Lenovo at TD SYNNEX UK and Ireland.

In particular, he said, TD SYNNEX is keen to reconnect with Lenovo customers who it has dealt with in the past. ‘Reconnecting with partners that we’ve worked with in the past is a priority for us. We’ve recently interviewed a number of UK&I partners with whom we want to reactivate our relationship and their number-one priority is knowing how to quickly access the right Lenovo and TD SYNNEX people, promotions, products and programmes.
