TD SYNNEX has announced the acquisition of the specialist hosted platform provider Advanced Technology Trading (ATTCo) and its subsidiary EKM Global Limited (EKM), accelerating its ability to offer innovative and flexible technology-as-a-service (TaaS) and remote service automation enablement to its IT ecosystem partners.
►Online platforms enable partners to provide fully integrated technology-as-a-service and managed print offerings to business customers
ATTCo’s online platform – which is fully integrated with TD SYNNEX's ecommerce tools and connects with a growing list of recognised finance partners – enables end customers to manage a fully automated, cost effective, easy-to-manage, end-to-end process for hardware, software and services subscriptions. The EKM solution enables partners to remotely manage printing and imaging device fleets at scale on behalf of partners’ end user customers.
According to recent research, the as-a-service market is expected to grow from $50.3 billion in 2021 to $303.6 billion by 2026 at a CAGR of 43.2%. Most of that growth will be driven by SMBs moving to a subscription-based model for technology.
To help partners to address this potential, TD SYNNEX has built a comprehensive services portfolio focusing on Teach-as-a-Service, lifecycle management, sustainability, and automated remote service management, supported by investment in a strengthened team across the European region and additional targeted acquisitions, such as that of Finance Technology.
