Two online courses have been created – one designed to give you a clear understanding of what Copilot is and another that explains why it’s a great choice for your customers.

AI can be used for all kinds of use cases – in HR, sales and marketing, finance, and more. IDC’s Worldwide Black Book Taxonomy predicts worldwide spending on AI will reach $267 billion by 2025, and according to Forbes Advisor, 60% of business owners believe AI will increase productivity, and 64% of believe it has potential to improve customer relationships.
More partners are now starting to offer AI and ML solutions. According to the TD SYNNEX Direction of Technology Report, the percentage of partners offering AI/ML solutions grew to 29% last year, up from just 4% in 2022 – a staggering 625% increase.
Making use of the two Copilot courses now available on the Channel Academy is a great way to start your journey into this exciting new area of technology. The first is designed to get you started and to help you feel confident in talking about AI. It’s called Why Copilot for Microsoft 365 and focuses on the features of Copilot and the differences between Microsoft’s tool and others such as ChatGPT.
It also provides real-life scenarios to illustrate how AI can be used in the workplace and guidance on measuring ROI and explains the basics of licencing for Copilot.
The second course – Getting Ready for Copilot – explores the benefits of Copilot onboarding and adoption and the ways it can be used to improve performance and ROI, while minimising any risks. Multiple aspects of the process are covered, including services and solutions, security, data labelling, and more.
