Cybersecurity is a big challenge for all organisations now and every business – large or small – needs to know that they have appropriate measures to protect themselves against attacks. It’s a ‘zero trust’ mindset that we all need to take, and Microsoft has now added an extra layer of protection for CSP customers with Granular Delegated Admin Privileges (GDAP) set of security policies.
► Gives customers more control over partner access
► Extra security and protection against Azure fraud

GDAP replaces the previous Delegated Admin Privileges (DAP). It provides better access control. Partners also need access to the customer account for a number of reasons – to examine workloads in production and sandbox environments, for example, and to monitor for potentially fraudulent activity on Azure subscriptions.
With GDAP the customer is in control over what partners can access and when. This gives them added protection and peace of mind.
