►Provides added flexibility for admins and services providers

While details are yet to be confirmed, it is expected that GDAP will become available this spring. Its arrival will be broadly welcomed by partners and their customers as it will enable organisations and services providers to grant different levels of access and capability to make changes to different individuals and / or groups of users.

This would mean that you could, for example, allow end-users the ability to view configurations but not make changes, assign limited authority to make changes to IT administrators, and only provide full access to service provider technicians.
