TD SYNNEX have committed to Microsoft UK's Partner Pledge which focuses on growing talent, enhancing diversity & inclusion, and shaping a desirable world through sustainability.
The pledge aligns well with our values and long-term plans as a company, to highlight some of the work TD SYNNEX already has in place that falls under this commitment we have:
- Successful Apprentice program
- Digital learning for both internal and our partners
- Four amazing Business resource groups including

- Embrace - Race, culture and religion
- Spectrum - LGBTQ+
- Limitless - neurodiversity and hidden disabilities
- Charity work and donations

Our aim is to educate our partners on what the Microsoft partner pledge means and how we can support them in building resource groups, content, and knowledge within these areas. Not only will this improve your working environment for your staff, help recruit new employees, help promote your great work to your customers and future ones, but we all know it’s the right thing to do as business and for future generations.
There is no target or audit for the partners that sign the partner pledge, it is a commitment that you will work to improve things within those three areas mentioned previously.

We will be running an event in June 2023 to explain more of the partner pledge, why TD SYNNEX has committed and how we can support our partners with best practice and guidance.
We would love to work with partners on joint projects and explore anyone interested in that to reach out to the Microsoft CSP Business Unit.
