Starting in March HPE is staging a number of events to showcase its VM Essentials (VME) Software – a unified virtualisation management solution that provides customers with simplified integration and management of virtualised workloads across hybrid environments.

HPE VME supports leading storage protocols, distributed workload placement, high availability, live migration and integrated data protection. By modernising with HPE GreenLake cloud and HPE VM Essentials, enterprises can reduce TCO by as much as five times, according to HPE.
Now fully integrated with HPE GreenLake, VME uses technologies acquired by HPE when it purchased specialist hybrid cloud management and platform operations specialist, Morpheus Data last autumn.
