HP has launched a new loyalty programme that aims to incentivise and reward partners for their sales achievements and help them to keep learning more about the company’s products. The HP Curiocity platform used the concept of virtual cities to create a sense of community and as a way of building connections and trust.

Partners can participate in single and group activities that will earn them points and share content and posts across different groups and communities. You can, for example, earn points by taking a survey, completing a training course, submitting a claim with a specific SKU, or engaging in activities such as volunteering and events. Users can even ‘visit’ the cities of other members to seek inspiration – and will be able to vote for the top city on the platform.
As well as encouraging a competitive spirit, the website provides access to a range of incentives, including promotions, bundles and contests, along with a ‘points mean prizes’ scheme.
