GIGABYTE Technology, the provider of high-performance servers and workstations, has spun off its enterprise solutions division as a new stand-alone company, Giga Computing Technology. The full range of solutions continues to be available from TD SYNNEX Global Computing Components (GCC).

Giga Computing becomes a separate entity with a clear focus on enterprise technologies, while GIGABYTE will continue to focus on consumer motherboards, GPUs, laptops, desktops, monitors, PC peripherals, and PC components.
In a statement the company said that it has been going through a long-term transformation plan that will enable the business to tailor products to various markets and meet the high expectations of customers with its well-established server business unit and diverse product portfolio.
