To date, most partners know TD SYNNEX Channel Academy as a free sales learning resource that enables them to keep astride of the latest technologies and solutions from leading vendor partners. It continues to fulfil that valuable role, but it is now also being used as a platform for TD SYNNEX enablement programmes.
► Platform is now being used as key part of Practice Builder process
Channel Academy is already used as a key resource for the vital assessment and strategy workshops for the Destination AI Practice Builder. Participating partners have accessed key resources provided by specialists from the TD SYNNEX’s European AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) team to formulate a strategic plan. With the resources deployed on the learning platform, it is much easier for the CoE team to scale and offer their expertise to more partners.
