►Fantastic opportunity for SMB partners to offer alternative way to fund the purchase of new Cisco solutions

►Zero interest for up to three years

The availability of Cisco Easy Pay via Tech-as-a-Service is being backed by CF Corporate, TD SYNNEX’s long-term finance partner for Tech-as-a-Service. It’s big news for Cisco SMB partners in particular who, up to now, might have found it a challenge to apply for and obtain funding for smaller deals.

With Cisco Easy Pay through Tech-as-a-Service, partners can provide quotes for even the smallest of requirements and bundle software and services into the package, all covered by a single monthly payment, at zero interest, over one, two, or three years. Providing a quote and applying for the financing is made easy due to the streamlined Tech-as-a-Service process.

Significantly, providing the request for funding through Tech-as-a-Service meets pre-set criteria, agreements are pre-approved and therefore do not need to be formally evaluated and authorised. Partners are able to go ahead and do business straight away.

To set-up the Tech-as-a-Service agreement, partners simply place the products and solutions required into a basket on TD SYNNEX’s InTouch e-commerce platform as normal, then click the Tech-as-a-Service icon. This converts the pricing from capex to the monthly payments that would apply under Cisco Easy Pay. Partners are able to make use of their normal credit lines.

Tony Nevill, director – Cisco and enterprise networking at TD SYNNEX, said: ‘Having Cisco Easy Pay available through Tech-as-a-Service is a real breakthrough. It gives SMB partners a way to make use of Easy Pay for smaller customers and also makes it much easier to access and use the scheme. Previously, Cisco Easy Pay would only have really been an option for deals of around £300,000 or more – with Tech-as-a-Service the deal can be any size. It’s a major opportunity for SMB-focused partners as it’s really the first time that they have been able to put forward Easy Pay as a viable option for their customers.’

Mike Yiannakou, director at CF Corporate, agreed. ‘Cisco Easy Pay going onto the Tech-as-a-Service platform really is a great opportunity for Cisco SMB partners – and that’s why we decided to back it. It’s a great way for small organisations to fund the acquisition of new Cisco equipment right away, without having to find the up-front capital, and to spread the cost of their IT investment. We will be working closely with the TD SYNNEX team to encourage Cisco partners to take a look at this convenient and flexible way for customers to fund their network infrastructure spending – it really is a great option and the one that makes the most sense for both the customer and for the partner.’

A pilot scheme of the Cisco Easy Pay option through Tech-as-a-Service has been running with a limited number of partners for the last six months, and several deals are already being written for Cisco equipment purchases funded by Easy Pay through Tech-as-a-Service.

CF Corporate has underlined its commitment to the scheme by appointing a dedicated business development manager for Cisco Easy Pay through Tech-as-a-Service. For further information, please contact the TD SYNNEX Tech-as-a-Service team by filling in the form below.
