Our Gold level white glove service has been particularly popular. This enables TD SYNNEX to enrol your customers devices into their pre-configured InTune set-up. Apps can be installed, and profiles applied in advance, so customers are subsequently able to join the domain automatically. This makes it really easy for partners to manage devices for their clients and ensure all users stay secure.
Recent changes to the rules around access to Partner Centre domains means that – as long as the partner gives their permission – we can also now offer our Gold level Autopilot service to partners that are not directly registered with us for CSP. This means all CSP partners can benefit from a unique, zero-touch and highly-valued service that we offer on Autopilot.
Now the options available to all partners are the Gold, Silver and Bronze services, so you can choose the one that best-suits the needs of your customers:
• Bronze – Our most simplistic option, providing the device ID’s prior to shipping, letting you focus on the detailing work.
• Silver – Saving you time as we upload the device ID’s to your Microsoft Partner Centre as long as you are part of the Cloud Solution Partners (CSP) program.
• Gold – TD SYNNEX enrol the devices in to customers pre-configured InTune setup: installing apps, setting up profile presets and automatically joining the domain. Fully ready for your client use.
Autopilot is getting more popular with large enterprises, those with multiple sites and customers enabling home working as it provides CSP partners with a great way to add value and provide a managed service to customers.
