TD SYNNEX has set up a special programme to support Adobe partners in migrating their customers to the vendor’s new VIP Marketplace (MP) scheme and providing them with a fully automated service that will ensure they always have up-to-date solutions that meet their business needs.

Ahead of the launch of Adobe VIP Marketplace, all Adobe partner and customer accounts have been transferred into TD SYNNEX’s dedicated InTouch Software Store for Adobe. Using this platform, partners can easily migrate customers to VIP Marketplace, manage all their Adobe customers in one place, and provide them with efficient and automated processes for renewals and updates.
VIP Marketplace is designed to allow end user customers to purchase Adobe product licenses through partner platforms. This saves everyone time and allows partners to source all the licenses customers need through InTouch. In addition, VIP Marketplace provides an auto renewal function at the end of the licensing agreement, making it easier and saving time for everyone.

We’re fully committed to that and it’s why we invested in setting up the Adobe Software Store and moving all accounts onto that dedicated platform.’ Customers can be migrated from the VIP programme to VIP Marketplace in seconds on the TD SYNNEX Software Store. The platform simplifies subscription management and saves time for partners, allowing them to see and manage all of their customers’ active assets, purchase new licences and add new licences to agreements, and set up auto-renewals.
Partners registered in the Software Store will also revive advanced notification of renewals. All of these tasks can be performed in real time, due to the TD SYNNEX systems being connected to Adobe via their latest suite of APIs.
Across Europe, the programme has already seen a seamless migration of 2,500 partners and data for 6,000 of their customers onto the Software Store, TD SYNNEX is now working with these partners to ensure customers are successfully moved across to VIP Marketplace.
TD SYNNEX teams have been fully trained on the new capabilities on the Adobe Software Store and training materials are available to partners on the TD SYNNEX Channel Academy. Full support is being provided to partners who are migrating customers to VIP Marketplace.
