The newly-expanded and fully-dedicated Adobe team is there to help you maximise potential with Adobe solutions – and ensure that you can meet all your customers’ needs – here we meet the team and hear about the added value they can bring to your business.


For TD SYNNEX, Adobe has been an important partner for many years. TD SYNNEX has played an important role in helping partners to understand and get on-board with the company’s solutions, channel programmes and the ground-breaking Creative Cloud, which has been a
huge success.

Building on this productive and positive partnership, TD SYNNEX has now made further investments in Adobe, growing its dedicated team to support resellers on every aspect of the vendor’s business.

‘Adobe is a strategic vendor for TD SYNNEX and our sales have been going from strength to strength. We’ve now reached the point where we feel that we can, by making further investment, help Adobe partners drive some significant additional growth,’ said Dwayne Earl, Software Business Unit Manager at TD SYNNEX.

‘With more organisations now doing much of their own creative work for online and social media, we are seeing increased day to day use of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Acrobat Pro. Demand for product licences, expertise and support is growing. This is expanding the opportunities for resellers and TD SYNNEX is responding by providing additional dedicated support for Adobe.

There are five people in the expanded Adobe team, which will be led by James Baulch as Business Development Manager, who said: ‘This is an exciting opportunity and I’m looking forward to working with the team, and with Adobe and its partners to support them in growing sales and adding more customer value. TD SYNNEX is now undoubtedly the best-equipped distribution partner for Adobe resellers – we can offer a fast response and the highest service levels every time. Whatever they need, the team will be ready and eager to help Adobe partners.’

He is now joined on the team by Adobe Product Manager, Kevin Dziaduch and a trio of Adobe Product Specialists, all of whom are fully dedicated to supporting Adobe resellers and providing the very best support and access to best-in-class tools and resources.

TD SYNNEX has a number of tools that can help partners take advantage of everything Adobe has to offer, including the dedicated Adobe Store, which you will find under the Software tab on the main menu bar of InTouch. Here you can explore Adobe solutions, build quotes and place orders.

There is also a full renewals management section, so you can check when customers are due to renew their subscription. The team will be working proactively with partners to ensure opportunities are not missed.

THE FANTASTIC FIVE

ADOBE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

James has moved from his previous role as BDM for Consumer Software, which he’d held for close to two years. Before that he was Operations Manager for Adobe Licensing, so he has exactly the right experience for this new post. He has been with TD SYNNEX for seven years.


Kevin Dziaduch
Adobe Product Manager

Kevin was previously an Assistant Category Manager on the Software team and before that worked in both sales and purchasing – always with a principal focus on Adobe, so he also brings in-depth experience of the company’s products and programmes to the team. He has been at TD SYNNEX for close to five years.


George Robinson
Adobe Product Specialist

George will be working mainly on supporting partners on renewals and making sure they never miss out on opportunities. He was previously working in a similar capacity within the wider Software team and has been at the company for two years.


Hester Last
Adobe Product Specialist

Hester will focus on providing post-sales support for partners, dealing with sales and operational queries and returns where necessary. She’s been at TD SYNNEX for five years and previously worked in both sales and purchasing – with specific responsibility for Adobe in the latter.


Ryan Ward
Adobe Product Specialist

Ryan is the team’s pre-sales support specialist and moves from a similar but more general role, having joined the business last year after finishing a degree at Northampton University.



The team will be working side-by-side on a day to day basis, and will be covering for each other when colleagues are extra-busy or out of the office, so resellers can always be sure of getting the best attention.
