The top distinction reflects the highest level of excellence in channel management and honours vendors that demonstrate a dedicated strategic focus on fostering growth alongside partners, investing in partner profitability and streamlining business processes, prioritising program innovation, and maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction.

Lenovo’s channel-centric business model yields more than 90% of sales through the channel. Canalys’s assessment praised Lenovo’s focus on driving new opportunities through its pocket-to-cloud portfolio and strong partner programmes and incentives through the Lenovo 360 global partner framework. The sustainability-focused Lenovo 360 Circle community was also a critical factor in the evaluation, as customers increasingly adopt and prioritise environmental, social, and governance (ESG) into their business practices.

Lenovo achieved Champion status in both the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions, as well as in North America, where Canalys launched its first North America Titans Channel Leadership Matrix this year.
