Latest updates to InTouch receive enthusiastic response

The updated search features now available on TD SYNNEX’s InTouch website have been given the thumbs-up by partners, and the eCommerce team is hoping for a similarly enthusiastic welcome for the new basket and order tracking features that are now being introduced.

Added in Q4 of last year, the enhanced search capabilities include more intuitive and faster autofill, saving you time when keying in your query, and additional and more detailed filtering, allowing you to select specific product features and a price range, helping you to narrow down your search faster.

Cat Ward, business development executive – eCommerce, said that the changes had been well received. ‘We have had a lot of good feedback on the new search capabilities. That’s pleasing as a lot of work went into refining the features and making sure they were what partners needed. It’s definitely helped partners to find the products they need faster.’

Another recent introduction that’s gone down well, she noted, is the notifications that are now sent if a product that has gone end-of-life has been ordered. In addition to a flagged notification in the individual’s InTouch screen, an email is also sent informing the partner that they have ordered an EoL product. This includes a direct link to the order, should they want to make changes.

Constant development of InTouch means that new features and enhancements are always being brought forward. The latest is to the order basket design, which has been refined and made easier to read. A new order tracking page will be launched shortly and the team is hoping that both of these additions are also received with enthusiasm.

We are constantly listening to customer feedback and implementing changes to improve customer experience as a result. For example, we are also changing the ‘new user request’ process to allow Reseller Admins to receive notifications directly into their inbox for new user requests, streamlining the current process. A change implemented directly because of partner feedback.
