HPE Aruba outlined its plans for the year ahead at the recent virtual Atmosphere partner event and in particular shared its SD-WAN vision following last September’s acquisition of Silver Peak – and we can expect some exciting developments coming up.
► Plans for the year ahead outlined at Atmosphere
► More details of EaaS plans expected soon
One key point of focus was the work Aruba has done to bake SD-WAN more deeply into its portfolio, starting with Aruba Edge Services Platform (ESP) – its intelligent architecture that is helping partners and end customers manage their increasingly complicated wired, wireless, SD-WAN and security infrastructures.

Increasingly, like HPE, Aruba is moving to an as- a-services approach and with built-in AI, Aruba ESP is designed to be delivered in this way via the Aruba Central control platform. Further details of Aruba’s wider the approach to EaaS is expected to be announced soon and you can be sure that the TD SYNNEX team will be on top of that and keeping partners fully informed of their significance.
