TD SYNNEX is growing its Dell Client team to ensure it can continue to provide the service and support that hundreds of partners already call on every quarter. An additional assistant category manager post has been created and will be filled shortly. In addition, one of TD SYNNEX’s new Business Apprentices has also been assigned to the team, taking the headcount of the dedicated client team to eight.

In addition, TD SYNNEX has an extensive Dell Technologies enterprise team and two dedicated marketing co-workers that focus exclusively on the vendor. The team is growing in response to demand, said James Baulch, senior manager – Dell client at TD SYNNEX. ‘We’re finding that more Dell partners are making use of the extensive range of services we offer and we want to make sure we can continue to provide good service and support to all our Dell partners. In addition to having the best stock profile and availability and providing easy-to-use automated and self-service quotation and bid processes, every now and then you need that extra bit of help – and that’s what we are here to provide.’
The recent changes that have been made to the Dell channel partner programme are a perfect example, he said. ‘For Gold partners in particular, there have been some significant adjustments and we are ready to help and support partners in understanding and navigating their way through those changes over the coming months.’
