TD SYNNEX has appointed a dedicated manager for its Microsoft SureStep team, which has continued to grow along with demand from partners for support on enablement, training, accreditation, and other aspect of the Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) programme.

Marianne Gilmour-Smith has taken up the newly-created post of Microsoft ISV and SureStep programme manager, thus retaining her previous responsibilities for the development of ISVs relationships while simultaneously creating the new role of managing the SureStep team.
Over the past year, the SureStep team has been steadily growing and now has a headcount of 16 with specialists in Modern Workplace, Azure, Dynamics, Security and the Azure Service Fabric for microservices and has now reached the point where it needs dedicated management.
Marianne Gilmour-Smith said: ‘As the team has grown, it’s become clear that it needs decisive and dedicated leadership to ensure it continues to develop and meet the needs of customers. I’m really excited about taking on that responsibility and working with the team to ensure that they are fully equipped and ready to support CSP partners in any and every way that they can.
