Smart home tech is really starting to take off and there is nothing that gives a customer more confidence than seeing a well-known and reliable brand name behind a technology. That’s why the alliance between HPE Aruba and the CEDIA, the global trade association for smart home tech, is such an exciting prospect – and why it’s even more enticing now that TD SYNNEX is also involved.
► Smart home bundles combine leading consumer brands with Aruba WiFi tech
► Ideal for CEDIA members and other partners that need support on networking
Aruba has been working with CEDIA to raise awareness amongst its many members of Aruba InstantOn solutions and how well-suited they are for use with the smart home. And TD SYNNEX is now working with Aruba and CEDIA to market solutions that combine Aruba InstantOn technologies with products that fit into key smart home categories, such as security, climate control, lighting, entertainment, lifestyle, and energy management.

Victoria Davis, Aruba business manager at TD SYNNEX, explained how it works. ‘Through our partnerships with big-name brands in all these areas – names like Arlo, Nest, Phillips Hue, Logitech, fitbit, and APC – we can provide smart home solutions alongside Aruba InstantOn wireless products. That’s ideal for CEDIA members, or any other partner targeting the smart home market since, while they may have an excellent grasp of what’s needed in a smart home environment, they won’t necessarily have any networking experience or expertise. We can provide the support they need.’
Aruba InstantOn WiFi products are designed for small networks, with one to nine users and to fit in with the ergonomics of the modern home.
