TD SYNNEX’s Software Stores have been a big hit with partners. By allowing resellers to look at up-coming renewals due with customers over the next 120 days, the Software Stores make it easier to chase down and secure renewals business.
However, for larger partner businesses with extensive customer bases, the numbers can be substantial and even though the Software Stores present the data in a way that’s easy to read and use, there is a lot of information to digest.
It’s for this reason that TD SYNNEX has now developed a data pack option which provides all the information related to a specific partner in a standard format file that can be used to input data onto the reseller’s own internal IT systems.
Michael Holden, business development manager eCommerce at TD SYNNEX, explained how it works. ‘If a reseller has thousands of renewals they want to track, they might need to give access to many different users through InTouch, and that might not be easy to control or manage. It may also be in conflict with their security and data policies. We’ve developed the data pack option to provide partners who need it with a simple way to get all the information they need and get around the issues of providing access for multiple users.’
The data pack can be provided monthly, or on any required frequency as agreed. The partner’s own IT personnel work with TD SYNNEX’s ecommerce team to devise the right format and ensure that appropriate security and data protection processes are followed.
